Cancellation Policy

Ted Isaacs Salon requires at least a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, this includes no-shows. If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled or a no-show within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancelation fee will be applied and determined by your individual stylist.

Upon Arriving

Please plan for approximately 10 minutes for on street parking in our bustling Moreland neighborhood.

Covid Masks

Masks are now optional but strongly encouraged due to the close proximity we have with our clients.
